The nature of the contest “Training for the Siesta Championship”.
To participate, you must up load your video in any free web-site (YouTube like) and send us the link to the following e-mail:
videos@campeonato-de-siesta.com
Only one Video per participant will be allowed. In the e-mail participants should indicate, first and last name, an e-mail and a valid telephone number.

The period of time to send your videos, will be from 10th August until Friday 1st of October. The contest is open to all persons wishing to participate, though in case of minors, this will have to be supported by their parents/ legal tutors.
The uploaded videos will be used during the National Championship of Siesta and will be shown in our web, YouTube and in the Championship Field. Participants must send their videos in high quality format, recording them in cd/dvd and send them to the address that will be submitted by the organization team.
